Are you looking for a partner with special competences in welding technology? We are happy to give you access to our unique know-how. Take our word for it: no challenge is too great for our laser and laser hybrid welding specialists. We can weld combinations of different grades, thicknesses or material properties, such as tailor welded blank, to create high-quality products – with consistent quality for the entire series. This allows you to use different metal sheets exactly where they make the most technical sense.

Based upon your requirements for wear, strength and use, we can provide a targeted, optimised material usage for you, e.g. through a combination of HB450 and S700MC. The advantage: the products of your series are approximately 20 to 30 percent lighter. Ferro therefore allows you to create a basis for constructive and weight-optimised product innovations.

Furthermore, exceptionally slim laser welding seams will be a quality feature of your products due to a very low heat input and minimum distortion.
