In order to ensure the production reliability for your series products, we procure and store your materials in our facility. This allows you to benefit our flexibility in materials management. We pay careful attention to the clear labelling of your sheets and an uninterrupted dry storage to guarantee a high level of surface quality for your materials.
We guarantee the traceability of all materials through acceptance test certificates, which we archive for you for ten years within the statutory retention period - reliably and digitally retrievable.

These hot-rolled steels offer high strength with good weldability and are suitable for load-bearing and safety-relevant components.

The properties of the material are confirmed by in-house inspections, without individual testing of each batch.
The supplied materials are tested and documented on a batch basis. The certificate contains chemical and mechanical values.
The tests are carried out as in 3.1, but with additional testing and approval by an independent testing organisation (e.g. TÜV = Technischer Überwachungsverein, the German technical inspection organisation).
We issue call certificates in accordance with DIN EN 10204:2005-01 and archive them for you for a period of ten years - legally compliant, digitally and batch-specifically.
