We will therefore accompany you on your journey – as an instructor, mentor, but also as a contact for aspects that do not necessarily relate to your apprenticeship. The Ferro Umformtechnik team is always happy to listen and support you. This is what to expect as a metal worker design technology apprentice at Ferro:

You extend your knowledge within our company, at college and at the Berufsbildungsstätte Westmünsterland (professional training provider in Western Münsterland, Germany).
You learn how to manufacture large and small components from different metals – using machinery or by hand.
You practice different manufacturing processes and techniques, such as reshaping, separating and joining.
You get support from your instructors and training officers, who will accompany you throughout your entire apprenticeship.
You enjoy a practical and versatile apprenticeship, which will allow you to quickly take on responsible tasks.

At Ferro, you will be part of a great team, where everyone looks out for and helps one another. In order to ensure a particularly smooth start to your professional life, you will have access, if required, to the support of an experienced colleague from your team and his/her know-how. This guarantees that you will always have a fixed point of contact, who will quickly help you to answer questions and solve problems.
