Your tasks as a trainer and occupational safety coordinator at Ferro:

• You plan, organise and lead the practical training of the metal workers in design technology.  
• You check and evaluate the results and progress as well as implement the respective measures if required.
• You are the first contact for apprentices and work closely with other trainers, departmental managers and the HR department.
• You ensure compliance with safety requirements within the training area.
• You ensure compliance with safety requirements within the training area.
• You will coordinate the cooperation with any external occupational safety specialist and participate in site inspection visits and ASA (Occupational Safety Committee) meetings.
• You provide support in the creation, maintenance, and updating of occupational safety documents and serve as the point of contact for organisational questions related to occupational safety.
